Return & Exchange Policy
At SAPIENS STREETWEAR, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can request a Return or Exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Customers can return or exchange their order within 7 days of delivery.
All items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Products that fail the quality check (appear used, damaged, or soiled) will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
2. Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping
We offer reverse pickup service for most pin codes across India. Our courier partner will collect the product from your delivery address.
If your area is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the product to us.
Please pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service for self-shipment.
Shipping charges for sending the product back (in case of self-shipment) will not be reimbursed by SAPIENS STREETWEAR.
3. Exchange for Size Issues
If a product does not fit well and you would like to exchange it for a different size, please contact our support team at +91 90802 07749.
A reverse pickup charge of ₹75 will apply for size exchanges requested by the customer.
Alternatively, you may self-ship the item to our office address provided below.
The replacement product will be dispatched only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
4. Refund Policy
All refunds will be credited directly to your SAPIENS STREETWEAR Wallet only.
Refunds for shipping or Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are not applicable.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and cleared by our Quality Check team.
5. Discounted & Special Items
Products purchased with a discount of more than 30% are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Gift products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Care team immediately.
You do not need to return the defective product unless instructed by our team.
Kindly share a few clear images of the defective or incorrect product at the time of reporting.
Once verified, we will bear all shipping charges for sending the replacement product.
7. Important Notes
Only one return or exchange pickup can be arranged per order.
If your order was delivered in multiple packages, please apply for return/exchange only after receiving all items.
Additional pickup requests (beyond the first one) will incur a service charge.
Replacement or exchange will be processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
