Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods


All payments on our website are accepted only through online payment using the Razorpay payment gateway.

Razorpay supports multiple secure payment options including:


Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Rupay)


Debit Cards


Net Banking (All major banks)


UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)


Razorpay Wallet


We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or any other offline payment methods at this time.


2. Payment Security


Your payment information is processed securely through Razorpay’s encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant platform.

We do not store your card details, UPI IDs, or any sensitive payment information on our servers.


3. Order Confirmation


Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order details and payment receipt.

If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes after payment, please contact our support team at +91 90802 07749 or email us with your transaction details.


4. Failed / Pending Transactions


If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, it is usually auto-refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days.

If the issue persists, please contact us with your transaction reference number and payment screenshot, and our team will assist you.


5. Refunds


Refunds (if applicable under our Return/Exchange Policy) will be credited to your MYDESIGNATION Wallet only.

Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Pricing


All prices listed on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers, or discounts without prior notice.


7. Fraudulent Transactions


In case of any fraudulent or suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to cancel the order and block the associated account.

Any such cases may be reported to the relevant authorities as per law.
